Troop 102 was founded in April 1913 at the Naugatuck Congregational Church. The troop has been chartered to the Congregational Church of Naugatuck for 105 consecutive years, thus making our troop one of the oldest troops in the nation.
Troop 102 has been providing exceptional enrichment and leadership development opportunities to youth in the Naugatuck area.
We offer youth an opportunity to create and mold their own unique experiences through our wide range of exceptional adventures and hands-on learning opportunities. We see the true power that our youth hold, and we have made it our mission to transform them into natural-born leaders, ready to take on the world.

Founded in 2000, Troop 102 - Naugatuck was established with an aim to provide youth in the greater San Francisco area a nurturing environment in which they can embrace their identity and reach their fullest potential. As the leading Youth Organization, we strive to inspire action and support our community’s young people with purposeful programming and devoted mentors.
At Troop 102 - Naugatuck, we care about what we do and hope to develop strong children, families and communities across the city through academic readiness, character development, and social enrichment activities.
