The 39th ANNUAL HARVEST MOON FESTIVAL, organized by Naugatuck’s BSA Troop 102, will be held on the Naugatuck Town Green on Friday, September 19th from 11am to 8pm and Saturday, September 20 from 9am to 8pm.
Set up time will be Friday from 8-11am, and Saturday from 8-9am. We offer 100 vendor sites, with a limited number of electric sites. We run out of electrical sites early, so get your application in as soon as possible. The Green will fill with Arts and Crafts, specialty products, community service and food vendors. We will close off Division Street to use as a Commercial District where companies and services will be allowed to set up booths and displays, and as excess capacity if the vendor turnout warrants the need.
We have included a rough map of the Harvest Moon Festival area, along with a registration form, rules and regulations, and general information. This year we are expecting a bigger crowd and an expanded variety of crafters. Cost per site is as follows and includes both days (no single day registrations):
Early Bird
Ends July 15th
$95
Standard
July 16th to August 31st
$135
Late Fee
September 1st to September 15th
$155
Food Truck Vendors
Single site 10x12 $125
Double site 10x24 $225
If large space is needed, please consult HM committee prior to registering.
We focus on unique crafts and products. As is our tradition, we will turn away any duplicate vendors. Please get your registration in early, indicating the products/services that you plan to offer. We will confirm your registration, so please include a clearly legible email address on your application.
We are looking forward to drawing a large family-oriented crowd. We have entertainment secured, but are always seeking additional entertainment for both days from 12 noon until 8pm. If you know individuals or organizations that would like to provide family appropriate entertainment at no cost, please have them contact us.
Space is limited, including the sites with electricity, so get your registration in as soon as possible! Electricity is on a first come, first served basis. Final date for reserving sites is September 13, based on availability.
Repeat vendors get benefits such as early bird notification and preferential site selection (including electric sites!), so join us this year to get these benefits next year.
We hope to see you there! If you have questions that are not answered in the Rules and Regulations, send your inquiries to Troop102ct@gmail.com or naugy.harvest.moon@gmail.com. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Sincerely,
Harvest Moon Festival Committee
